  • It seems that in DC’s 1&2 with many of the employees that I encounter their attitude toward management has seemed to changed. Now when a request from them is made to management and they are told that it will be looked into there seems to be a bit more confidence that the request will not fall on deaf ears and that someone in management that can make a decision will be looking at it and not just ignore it. • I am most grateful for the new approach that L&R has taken to facilitate greater inner cohesion and a positive culture within the company. While one can easily write about the minor things, such as improving synergy throughout departments, or the ever improving transmission or information between departments. All of which positively challenge me, and bring out the most of my potential. It is this very atmosphere of cohesion within the company that, allows me to solve complex problems that may involve other departments or handle even the pickiest of clients. Without the effort, attention, or just simple care, such improvement would have been difficult to achieve. Even though what I may say, may come off a bit cheesy, without the greater attention directed in improving the inner dynamics of the company the overall improvements of everything would not be able to take place. So even if I do sound so cliché I am very grateful for the new light of positivity and renewed spirit of cooperation. – Sergey Gritsenko
